History

Site and Stage Ltd. (SAS) was incorporated in January 2015. Since then, SAS has grown quickly into one of the most respected festival site and event crewing companies in the UK.

The idea and vision behind SAS came through the frustrations of working with unmotivated, unfocused and at times, unsafe local crew. With this idea in mind, we started to create a more hungry, hardworking and helpful team – Team SAS. Coming from a military family, with the desire to deliver a safe and experienced all-round crew, the company Site and Stage (SAS) was born.

The 2 SAS directors – Martin Williams and Dan Wilson became work colleagues first, then friends through working on various different shows and events together. They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table by having over 40 years of combined experience on some of the biggest events around the UK and across Europe.

I’ve worked with Martin, Dan and the team since their inception in 2015. From working Bloodstock Festival to Kew the Music, a summer series of six shows in the logistically challenging Kew Gardens – Team SAS always do a great job! The crew are well trained, enthusiastic and hard workers!
